Organizational Climate to Support Collaborative Innovation in Education and Research

Dear GUMC Faculty,

I am writing to invite you to participate in a GU IRB-approved study titled “Organizational Climate to Support Collaborative Innovation in Education and Research.” It is being conducted to yield information that can be used to enhance interpersonal collaborative innovation in research and education by GU faculty within and external to GU. The IRB-approved informed consent script is attached for your perusal. By completing and submitting the survey through Survey Monkey, you are indicating your consent to participate in this study.

The survey must be completed in one sitting; if you exit the survey, you will not be able to return to complete it. This is part of the confidentiality processes built into SurveyMonkey. Your answers cannot be linked to you individually. There are 17 questions on this survey, and it should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

While you will not experience any direct benefits from participation, the information you are providing will be used to expand knowledge regarding collaboration in innovation and science.
