Program: HIV/AIDS Program 
Goal: Supports innovative HIV prevention programs to eliminate stigma and discrimination associated with HIV/AIDS and direct HIV-related care for people living with HIV/AIDS.
Amount: Average $50,000-$75,000 over one year

Program: Future Leaders in Pain Research Grant 
Goal: Supports one basic science and one translational science project conducted by young scientists that add to existing body of knowledge and develop pilot data of pain research for securing additional major grant funding. 
Amount: 2 awards up to $25,000 each

Program: 2017 Shaffer Grants
Goal: Provides seed money that supports creative pilot research projects addressing issues surrounding glaucoma. Encourages interdisciplinary teams and collaborations that may lead to new glaucoma treatments.

Program: Bridge to Independence Award
Goal: Supports early-career scientists to work on innovative research to provide understanding, diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorders.

Program: AGA-Dannon Gut Microbiome in Health Award
Goal: Supports research by an established investigator who has made significant advances towards understanding the role and impact of the gut microbiome on health and wellbeing.
